Getting Started

Download AIVO from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Get Started." You can create an account with your email address or sign in with Google. Complete the onboarding process to set your fitness goals and preferences.

Yes! AIVO offers a free tier with core features including workout tracking, nutrition logging, and basic AI insights. AIVO Premium ($9.99/month or $79.99/year) unlocks advanced AI coaching, unlimited workout history, and priority support.

Go to Settings > Health Integration in the app. Tap "Connect Apple Health" and grant the requested permissions. AIVO uses your sleep, heart rate, and activity data to provide personalized recovery insights.

Workouts

Tap the "Train" tab, then "Start Workout." You can choose from pre-built workouts, your saved templates, or create a custom workout. Select your exercises, set your target sets and reps, and tap "Begin Workout."

Yes! Use the workout builder to create custom routines. Add exercises from our library of 500+ movements, arrange them with drag-and-drop, set rest times, and save as a template for future use.

The AI Daily Outlook analyzes your sleep, recovery metrics (from Apple Health), recent workouts, and goals to provide personalized recommendations each day. It suggests whether you should train hard, do active recovery, or rest.

Nutrition

Go to the "Nourish" tab and tap the + button. You can search our food database, scan a barcode, or manually enter your meal. The AI can also suggest meals based on your remaining macros for the day.

AIVO calculates your targets based on your profile (age, weight, height, activity level) and goals (lose fat, build muscle, maintain). You can customize these targets in Settings > Nutrition Goals.

Account & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > AIVO > Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete all your data including workouts, nutrition logs, and progress photos. This action cannot be undone.

Yes! Go to Settings > Account > Export Data. You'll receive a file containing your workout history, nutrition logs, and progress data. This is useful for backup or transferring to other services.

Troubleshooting

Try these steps: 1) Go to iPhone Settings > Privacy > Health > AIVO and ensure all permissions are enabled. 2) Force close and reopen AIVO. 3) Toggle the Health integration off and on in AIVO settings. If issues persist, contact support.

Check iPhone Settings > Notifications > AIVO and ensure notifications are enabled. In the AIVO app, go to Settings > Notifications to customize which alerts you receive (workout reminders, achievements, social activity).
